SHIPPING POLICY

PACKAGING

Your order will arrive protected within a padded Australia Post Bag or Box depending on the size of your order. We include a thank you card with your purchase.

SHIPPING

We will dispatch all orders within 2 working business days via Australia Post’s service. Please note that for interstate, remote or rural areas it may take a few extra days to arrive.

Once your order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email with an Australia Post tracking number that you can track through the Australia Post Website.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct as undeliverable mail will incur a fee to re-send to the correct address. Once an order has been sent, we are unable to redirect it.We will do our best to assist you if a parcel is lost, however we cannot accept responsibility.

Currently we only ship Australia wide.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY 

We do not offer refunds for sale items or shipping costs.

Any returned items must be not used, in original condition with packaging in tact.

Any product sent back to us must be packaged to protect in transit. If any product returned is used, damaged or broken (including packaging) will be sent back to you and no exchange or refund will be processed.

After the Whyld Team has received the product, and it meets our Returns and Exchange Policy, we’ll notify you by phone or email that your exchange or refund has been processed.

SALE ITEMS

We do not refund sale items. We may provide you with an in-store credit for sale purchases.

HOW TO RETURN/EXCHANGE

Please notify us by phone on (02)4423 2291, or email at whyldhairandbeauty@outlook.com for any exchange or return enquiries. We must receive notification within 14 days of purchase. No refunds or exchanges will be accepted after this period.

Please let us know which item(s) you would like refunded/exchanged and our staff will be in contact with your return authorisation number and a returns and exchange form. Please fill this out and send to the below address within 14 days of purchase. For exchanges you will need to post the product back to us and include a self-addressed return post bag. Any exchange not sent with a return post bag will be refunded. You may exchange for any item of your choice (subject to availability)

Once we have received your return, we will notify you by email and process your refund/exchange within 3 business days (please allow up to 10 business days for refunds to show in your account). Refunds will be made to the original purchaser’s credit card. Return shipping must be prepaid via a traceable method (we recommend Australia Post) to ensure safe and documented delivery. We can not accept responsibility for any returns that are lost or damaged in transit.
