Terms & Conditions
Prices listed are a starting guide only, and will vary depending on stylist experience or if additional services are requested.Exact quotations cannot be given via phone, email or social media and are only to be confirmed upon in salon consultation with your hairstylist.
All Foil and Colour Appointments require a $100 deposit upon booking which can be paid over the phone or via bank transfer. This is used as a security deposit for your booking which can be redeemed at the end of your service in salon or can be kept on file and roll over to make your next appointment.
Cancelling within 48 hours of your appointment your deposit will be forfeited. If you don't confirm your appointment within 48 hours your appointment will be automatically canceled.
In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your service, we require to be notified within a 5 day period following your appointment. We do not offer refunds. Once services are completed the hair stylist is not obligated to make changes if the client changes their mind , but please understand that adjustments are not guaranteed due to changes in preference, unrealistic expectations, or hair regrowth.
A consultation is required prior to booking an appointment to ensure enough time is booked for colour corrections.
